Trumpf India is a high-tech company, providing manufacturing solutions in the fields of machine tools, laser technology, and electronics. They needed to showcase their company’s philosophy, products, strengths and domain expertise while keeping the brand’s identity and core message in mind.
Interics proposed and designed an Experience Centre with high impact and resonance, creating a meaningful experience for the Trumpf brand. With Design Thinking and user-centric planning, we mapped a customer journey of 30-45 minutes (excluding discussion time) that covered different aspects of the business and brand. From overall Space design to developing Design Language, Structural Language and properties, Interics handled the entire project on turnkey basis, concept to commissioning.
Reflecting the high level of intricacy and precision of Trumpf’s laser machines, the design innovation involved a mix of installation- and technology-driven forms cut on these machines.
A combination of 3D installations in SS, attractive product & sample displays, and interactive audio-visual presentations were designed to communicate the company’s technology and domain expertise, and help customers ‘experience’ the capability with a new perspective.
Meticulous Quality control and vendor management for sampling & prototyping of installation designs to ensure optimised production values and timely delivery.
Consistent monitoring of processes and construction on-site for high quality results.
The Centre effectively highlights the high productivity of the machines and the partnership aspect of the company while creating a unified Brand image using identifiable brand elements.
Guided tours conducted by Trumpf serve to educate the customer, facilitate the evaluation process and eventually sell the product. Machine sales testified to the success of our design.
